20 years ago (1997) me, my father Horst and my friend Dietrich lined an entry with Red Oak trees leading to the Culinarian's Retirement Home in New Paltz, NY. 20 years later you can still see these beautiful trees growing right off rout 32 north of New Paltz NY. It takes a lot of care to plant trees and create a successful tree planting. Good soil, proper site selection and watering for the first year are key elements for the success of these oak trees establishing and creating the perfect tree lined entry.
